Why Fresh Ice
Fresh ice is the rink right after the Zamboni pass: clean, untouched, ready for the next game. Every project we start begins there.
Figure 8s started as a father-son game night. As a teenager, Cody turned it into a company.
Fresh Ice is a small studio in Eugene, Oregon that makes games and digital media. Founded in 2026 by Cody Malter.
